There are no strings with Amida-Nyorai, the Buddha of infinate light. His father was killed by bandits but his dying wish was for Amida to forgive them and show all men the way to eternal salvation. This basically boiled down to : keep your nose clean, say a prayer now and again if you want to and you're in. With such a simple approach the masses embraced this new faith readily. And who can blame them.

With it's Lotus pond brimming with ambrosia, groves of jewel studded trees and angels scattering fragrant flower petals on the gentle breeze its little wonder that Amida Nyorai and his Paradise Realm are the very last thoughts to enter a persons head just before the moment of death. Even those with bad credit are most welcome.

Amida-Nyorai can often be spotted talking shop with Seishi-Bosatsu and the infinately more famous Kannon.
