NINIGI

Aka : NINIGI-NO-MIKOTO
God of : Rice and Plenty | Religion : Shinto | Club : n/a

Ancestral god of the Japanese imperial family

The grandson of Amaterasu and Takami-Musubi is known as 'Prince-Ear-of Rice' because he's the God of plenty, but i don't think it grows from his ears.

Charged with taking care of worldly political affairs he descended to earth with his sister Uzume. Having arrived at the point where eight paths lead in all directions of the compass they met the terrible deity who guards the Floating Bridge to Heaven. Ninigi was terrified.

At some point he gave his sister to the scary bridge guardian but i'm not sure whether she was used as a bargaining tool or a thankyou. Anyway the god of the paths guided Ninigi to all the regions of his terrestrial kingdom.
