The God of vengeance. Son of Odin and Grid also known as the silent God.

He's the brother of Vali who was born with the sole intention of avenging the death of his brother Balder at the hands of his other brother Hod.

When Ragnarok kicks off Fenrir will escape his shackles, make for Vigrid and wolf Odin down in one. Vidar will be a little upset at the manner of his dads demise and also the fact that Fenrir burped and didn't say 'pardon'!

And speaking of sole intentions...

Since the day he was born, Vidar had been wandering why he had one enormous shoe and why the sole inparticular seemed to grow by the hour. It might sound like a load of old cobblers but it seems that whenever a piece of spare shoe leather was discarded it became a part of Vidars ever expanding boot bottom. And now he knew why. He marched over to his dads killer, jammed said enormous shoe into Fenrirs mouth, grabbed a firm hold of the top jaw and ripped his head apart. Pleasant.
