Golden bells goddess of the moon, the eldest daughter of the virgin goddess coatlicue and leader of the centzon huitnahaus.

No one thought to ask how mother could still be a virgin after giving birth to 400+ Southern Star Gods and others besides, but being interfered with by an inanimate object caused more shame than Coyolxauhqui could take, so she rallied her siblings to kick up a holy stink of disaproval.

Unfortunately for them a fully grown, fully armed, and fully capable huitzilopochtli sprang from Coatlicue's womb and became all protective like. Limbs went flying and hearts were eaten... it was a blood bath.

Coyolxauhqui had her head torn off and thrown into the sky where she became the moon goddess, but i have no idea who attached the bells.
