White bearded son of Odin - The god of eloquence and poetry.

Rumour has it he had runestones carved into his tongue, which is a serious step up from tongue piercings, but it didn't affect his speech any and was regularly ordered by Odin to release his words like butterflies at booze-ups for the gods. Of course this was no problem for Bragi. He loved a good yarn and would often turn up in Midgard taverns to share tales of the gods in exchange for a pot or ten of mead.

He certainly had Idunn, the goddess of golden apples, the granny smith of Asgard swooning. Who could resist the silky smooth words rolling from the tongue of the most well spoken and poetic of all the gods like creamy ambrosia custard? Imagine that with your apples. Lovely.

No one really knows who his mother is. Some claim it's Gunnlod, after a night on the mead of Kvasir with Odin, but that could just be poetic licence.
